Skate Canada needed a unified digital platform to manage student learning journeys, coach evaluations, and program progression. The challenge was to simplify how coaches track performance, provide feedback, award achievements, and move students to the next level.
The platform also required seamless management of events, training sessions, classes, programs, and relationships between athletes, coaches, clubs, and administrators.
The platform supports multiple user groups with different goals. Understanding each user's responsibility helped define simplified workflows, permissions, and personalized experiences.
